Service easy and convenient when it works, but it’s become very unreliable over the last few years. This company is based in Texas and sub contracts locally. I’m sure these technicians are squeezed and find the money not worth the risk and hassle as appointments are routinely cancelled and rescheduled. I waited over a month for service only to have a guy quit halfway through and not return. Clean Pro couldn’t find a replacement. Do the legwork to find your own local provider. Not every business translates well to the internet.

Billy the tech was excellent! checked the gutter and found out it was clean and does not require cleaning. The company still bills me 65 dollars for a 15 minute check up on the roof to send them pictures ! The price is extremely high compared to my other quotes, however, I used them based on the 5 star reviews, probably due to techs like Billy, not the company ! I wish asked them to estimate by looking prior to hiring. I have other cheaper quotes for the future. The company will not even offered half price for a 15 minute estimate !!! Staicy
