Keys on Wheels is by far the best locksmith service I’ve ever used. I had them come out to my home to re-key the locks and make me a new set of keys. They were very professional, honest, and fair priced! The technician was also very punctual calling me earlier on in the day to confirm arrival times and being exactly on time when he was supposed to be there. Walked in and had the most amazing customer service ever! Smiles and professionalism- LOVE IT!! They were able to cut, program and test 2 keys for me in under 20 min. They also allowed me to double triple check to make sure they chips were programmed accurately. On top of that, they agreed to provide mobile service if I encountered problems in the future. I encouraged anyone to use Keys on Wheels. The whole team was top notch!
I called Nick and explained the situation. Despite being at work, he called to check if I wanted him to come out, and I agreed. He arrived within 15 minutes and examined the lock. As far as we know, no one tried to break into our house. Following his repair, we discussed my options for further action. He'll be getting a new lock that he'll be able to install. He was fantastic; he was extremely helpful, expeditious, and affordable in pricing. I'd call them again if I needed a locksmith and I'd suggest them to everyone who asks.
