Abysmal service. Booked a day pass and checked in but they didn’t add us into the building. Nobody ever seems to work at the desk so you can’t call them. Their Google phone number leads to a full mailbox. The other option is AI called Sara that ultimately forces you to communicate by text. The person by text escalated by email. Sat in the lobby for 45 minutes while they sent emails back and forth to each other. Their mobile website is cropped so you can’t even see the phone numbers at this specific location. Maybe their offices are good, but their service is an absolute nightmare.

Generally great spaces but wildly unresponsive to needs and issues. We booked a conference room and reception for the building wasn’t informed so we weren’t able to get in. No one answered their phone. Their voicemail inbox was full. Tried to buy office space before this and their sales team didn’t respond after the first email. Would advise avoiding.
