I suffer from neuropathy in my right hand and have a lot of nerve pain. Going to hot yoga class every week is the highlight of my day. The friends I have made along the way makes going to class so much more rewarding.
Very few jiu jitsu gyms have what South mountain bjj does. Their facility is so clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Not to mention they have amazing amenities like a yoga studio, and complete recovery center. Top tier jiu jitsu, the best instructors, and best facility! Go check them out.
I’ve trained with Nigel and Sarah for for over a decade and I only have good things to say about them. The kids program is top notch and the academy is state of the art!
